Why did a random sim in my game get an offensive name?

Somehow the game auto-generated a name for a sim in my game that I find offensive.  It named a black woman Racoon Lewis.  I know her name isn't spelled exactly the same as the animal name, but why is something that close even an option in the game?  I know in some countries there may be no issues with it, but in the United States Raccoon, * etc are well known racial slurs.  I don't know if there is a bug where the name generators for pets and people are getting mixed up, but I really feel this needs to be looked at.
