Why don't mermaids use their mermaid form in Onsens?

Hello everyone, I'm a simmer who play a lot with occult and I just bought an onsen for my family. However, the mermaid in the family doesn't turn into their mermaid form in the onsen...I don't know ...

@jpkarlsen Yes but onsens have water, and sims enter the water. You were talking about "shallow water" that's why I said that mermaids still take their mermaid form in bathtubs...so why not in onsens?

You keep saying Onsen but since that is a place on Mt. Komorebi I assume that you mean the hot tub there. In none of the hot tubs do mermaids change to mermaid form.
