Why has my romantic date stopped counting off interactions?

My Sims date has stopped counting off actions. No matter what she does the Romantically Socialize stays at 6. Talk about intimacy is not even an option under small talk and no amount of kissing and embracing will get the Light Physical Intimacy past zero 😩

I'm having the same issue. My sim set up a romantic date with another sim but no interactions count towards the goals. It's staying at 0 for everything. No mods, PC, new save file.

😩 I got so frustrated I started a new save and am not paying much attention to the romantic pack. My Sims date lasted forever until I finally gave up and canceled it.
