Why is my cat dazed?
I never saw this before the latest patch, and I have no idea what might be causing it.

I just started noticing this as well, and when I saw that nobody had an answer I pretty much just watched my cat for the whole day until it happened again. My sim peed himself and my cat got into the puddle. This may be a coincidence, but he got dazed as soon as he drank it.
