Why is origin selling the sims 4 for 5 dollars
I spent over 200 for this game and now it seem that yall were playing us. Im very upset cause I soent my hard earned money on this game.

It's an awesome game... If you don't agree or you say you have troubleshooting on a pack or two, you can get a part refund. Thank me later 🙂
@akaawesome6111 Although I understand your frustration as I too have spent 100's of dollars on The Sims 4, even more on other Sim series. However, it is the only base game that is on sale for $5 I believe, not every expansion, game and/or stuff pack. Just the base game. Not to mention the game came out in 2014, making it 6 years old. I personally wouldn't have waited 6 years to buy the base game for $5 when I could have just bought it for regular price on the release date. I personally think this is a great way to get new people involved in our simmer community and is great for those stuck in quarantine during these rough times. I am not really sure what you are so upset about? You have been playing The Sims 4 for 6 years, rather you spent more on the game or not these people who are buying it just now for $5 have missed out on all that amazing game time. 🙂
@_North_South_148 You can get a refund if I am upset about buying the game at full price when I purchased the sims 4? Will they refund me and then I can rebuy the same game for $5? 🙌 *Mind blown*

Sales happen - it's not a secret. If you didn't wait for a sale and you paid full price knowing that it would eventually go on a sale (of various amounts over the 6 years since it came out) it genuinely is entirely your problem.
If businesses refunded everyone who paid full price or a higher price when they bring out a sale they'd go out of business....
@akaawesome6111, I don't know how many times I've bought something only to have it go on sale later.😃 If I buy clothing , a box of cereal, a car, etc. and those things later go on sale, then that is just how it is. There will be times in your life when you are lucky enough to catch the sale, and times when you are not. Nobody complains about this when they get the sale, only when they don't! This is also why so many people enjoy bargain hunting! 😉
Besides, like other posters like @xJaimerTheGamerx and @Coley666 have said, you got to have your game before those who are only now buying it on sale! I think it is worth it to get to play it sooner and not later. 🥳
