Poorly decorated bug

Two sims out of my 3 person family keep getting the poorly decorated moodlet in my mansion.  I have removed all their decor likes & dislikes, all their color likes & dislikes, ensured that all walls & roofs are painted, added ceiling paint, and restarted the game.  I do not use mods or CC.  I have the latest update as of 07/25/2026.  I have most packs except: Enchanted by Nature, Adventure Awaits, Royalty EP, Baatu, Vintage Glamour, Dust Bunny kit, and some CAS kits.
