Why isn't Sims 4 on android?

I love Sims Freeplay, but it gets boring because I can't make a sim look the way I want them to look. On the Sims 4 you can edit everything. Hair, makeup, clothes, but on Sims Freeplay you have very few things to choose from. I would really love it if you made Sims Freeplay like Sims 4, or just bring the Sims 4 to the Google Playstore.
