Will sims 4 ever get playable pets?

@eclipsekitsune1, the reason why EA didn't make pets controllable is because they wanted to make them more like real life pets.  Most players also wanted it this way.  Sadly, you and I are in the minority opinion on this.☹️  I wanted to be the pet! 🥳  So, like @burin077  stated, it is very unlikely they will change that in TS4. 😕  Still, pets are fun to play, even if we don't get to play exactly the way we want.  😇
