Window/doors glitching into walls, no conflict

I'm having this issue where my windows and doors will become part of the wall and I have to go onto build mode and select, and put back down in the exact same spot they were then it's fine, then anot...

@cbarber89 Hi I've been having this issue for as long as I can remember, good to know I'm not the only one!

noticed it only happens for me when I've been in build mode for a good long while, I get the same door and window glitch in your picture. Usually I just click on it in build mode and it returns to normal, so as a rule of thumb before I exit build mode I check all the windows and doors just in case they've gone weird!

@RheaFallout Definitely not the only one.
I know what you mean about build mode, I could spend hours at a time in sometimes whole days off 🤣🤣very odd though it seems to have a cascade effect like I'll notice one, do the click on it to sort, then I'll notice another one, etc and repeat. If understand if they were bb.moveobjects around them but I always keep doors as clear as possible.

I'm thinking if I notice one next time I might just leave it and go into live mode to see if Sims recognise it as a door or not 🙂

    @cbarber89 same here with the cascade effect, it's so weird! worse is when you notice one after exiting build mode, fix it, leave and then notice another one.

    I've always wondered what would happen if I just left the door like that too, would it be that strange sim routing shuffle on the spot then teleport they do or the waving arms with the red cross can't go there action.
    If you do test let me know the results? 🙂 also from your pics is your lot 13 nettle Lane Henford? That's where mine seems to bug out the most.

      @RheaFallout Haha I certainly will do, it'd be interesting to know if they just see it as an actual floor and walk thru it 🤣 but probably the waving arms is more likely as it is Sims.
      It wasn't actually, but it was in henford on Bagley, but I've had this happen in many worlds on various sized lots. I was renovating 1 cobblebottom street into a done out restaurant, turned out very amazing tbh, I made a post on here of it in the creative topics 🙂
