Wonky wants....

Ok this has been going in for a while on my game so I'm curious to know is anyone else having issues with wants/whims just not showing up anymore? Also the tutorial quest kept popping up but I can just trash those so not really a problem but the wants/whims not showing up is keeping me from earning satisfaction points in game & kinda boring imo. It doesnt seems to matter if mods are enabled or not they still wont pop up either way
