Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My app wont download the fairy garden digital content. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out. Removed mods as well and still nothing. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved- please be sure to cancel the queued download in the EA app and try the repair or install again. 

    If you still see an error after canceling and trying a fresh repair or install, please create a new thread!

I was repairing my Sims 4 game and it repaired all the packs except Enchanted by Nature and I'm not sure why. I've never had this issue before so I don't know how to fix it. I updated my mods. (I only have 5 and no CC) I cleared the cache. I'm not sure what else to do. I have Windows I'm not sure if that matters.

It's been happening for a lot of us. It worked for me the first time I played, then the next time it pulled up, everything from Enchanted by Nature had disappeared. Repairing in the EA app states I don't own the game, which I absolutely do. Supposedly EA is still waiting on more tickets before finally acting and getting it fixed. Nothing we can do til then unfortunately.
