Unlink problem help me!!

Hi guys,

I'm trying to link my EA account to my steam account to play the bf6 beta, and i've gone to link my Main Steam Account to my EA account and for some reason my EA account has been linked with an email address that is 100% not mine, I believe my account must have been compromised and they've linked an email that I can't access at all, how do I go about resolving this issue?

I’m having the same issue here im trying to connect my EA account to my PlayStation account but the email link to email I don’t know or have 3 days i trying get EA to resolve this problem but I got nothing from them.

Mine doing the same thing. EA doesn't care. They rely on bots and programs instead of investing in people to do the job.. its all about the bottom dollar.  Just wait it'll change once they remove them from the board of directors 

Yea I sent like 3 different messages. I bought the game and cant even freaking play it

Hi everyone I've been trying to get through to advisors for almost a week. I have unfortunately missed out on the first weekend of BF6 Beta. And I need help

I have created 2 cases but still no luck getting an advisor. My EA account was inactive for a couple of years and I was prompted to reset password but I no longer have that email account. I have since created a new EA account under my email I use daily but I cannot link it to my Xbox platform. I need help linking my new account to my platform so I can start playing EA games again.

We all in the same boat. I promise we are not the only ones. I know of at least 20 other people having the same issues and stuck with a game we csnt play. I mean we can if we made a new account and all. But that isnt the point. I dont want to change my account due to EA not having the right staff and hardware to keep up with the growing demand.
