Woohoo and Try For Baby action just doesn't work

So, i attempt a Woohoo or a baby on the bed but the sims just seem to ignore the command. The action doesn't even show up at all when i click on each option. I try getting both to relax at once, i remove anything that may have been an obstacle, i removed distractions, but the sims just don't woohoo or try for a baby.
