woohoo turns into a chat in sims 4

My sims game will not let me woohoo with my fiance or any other sim. Ever since I got the game it gives me the option to woohoo or try for a baby but when I click it, it goes to the action bar as just a chat. I get the option a lot but it will not let me actually do it. Does anybody know what this could be?

@Jessiepschwarz Could it be a routing issue? Maybe something blocking the bed or just no place to woohoo on the lot? Try clicking on the object you want to woohoo in (bed, shower etc) and selecting the option from there rather than on the other sim.
