WooHoo

Is anyone not able to WooHoo anymore since the updates? I've tired removing all my mods and nothing works, I don't think its on my end. I'm very confesd to why this is happening - it's my first time.

To say it in more detail, whenever I press woohoo it's like I didn't press it at all. My sims don't go and talk or anything of the sorts, again its like I never pressed it.
