[WORKAROUND] Post Processing effects in-game and depth of field opinion

Seeing @kreatora post, having the same GPU as he has I got curious.
So I tested a bit myself.
(i7 6700k, Asus Strix RTX 2070 Super OC, ASUS Z170-A)After some testing with driver settings I found that the in game post-processing made the difference.

While I am sure that the post-processing should give a depth of field effect, it blurs the background way to much. It is also visible on objects nearby, rendering them very diffuse.
I can of course not say it this effects all GPUs and all drivers, but @puzzlezaddict did some testing on AMD cards as well.
