@Hillmoe93 Did you try going into the game options > game camera and disabling the first person head bob?

Yes. I've tried changing every camera related setting in the game. But unfortunately the camera tilting is still present when looking around in first person mode. I also noticed that the gallery is not available on xbox series x yet?

@Hillmoe93 The head bob option was added to stop the excessive movement. Otherwise I believe the movement is the same for everyone. I'll include a link here to a guide here.
Missing online gallery has a few reasons: you have a child account, you have not checked the online connectivity in game, or you have parental control restrictions on your console blocking online access.

I think the xbox one version and the xbox series x version of the game might be different? When I play on my Xbox one X I have access to the gallery, the head tilting in first person mode does not happen, and it seems I have more options in the menu. Like the option to link to EA account.
When I play on my Xbox series X There is no gallery option, head tilting in first person mode, and I have no option under "other" in options to choose to link my ea account. It's like its a different version of the game.
I have checked my console restrictions and there are none. no parental control restrictions is set.
*UPDATE*: I somehow magically gained access to the gallery on my xbox series x just now. I have no idea how it happened, it just did. haha.. Also the options in the menu on my xbox one x have changed as well over the last couple of days. And the options on both consoles are now the same. I swear there was an option to change camera modes between Sims 3 camera and Sims 4 on my Xbox one X.
The camera in first person mode is still different though. On my Xbox one X the camera stays horizontal while looking around in first person, while on my Xbox Series X the camera tilts while looking around.
