Xbox/Ps/Console controls for pc

I would really like the option to use controllers for the sims 4 pc in the console layout. I find it really hard to use a mouse and keyboard with my dyspraxia so this would be ideal for me and I imagine ideal for many other simmers to. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. ☺️

  • i would really like the option to be able to use my controller with sims 4 pc version. I’m dyspraxic and I find it hard to use a mouse and keyboard so I have to play on console for the controls. If I could ever get controller control option for PC I WOULD BUY EVERY SINGLE DLC FOR THE SIMS 4!

With a disorder like that I would have thought that you would prefer mouse/keyboard as practically all gameplay can be done with mouse only. The keyboard only used to type in names and such.

  • @HoneySenpai200I can empathize with you about this. I can't use keyboard or mouse anymore because of dexterity/grip problems and repetitive strain injury. I switched to console years ago after hardware problems and found that the controller was much easier than a keyboard for my own issues. I hope there's something that can help you with this. Depending on which country you live in, there can be advice you can get from your local health care provider to help with computer use and dyspraxia as I know someone with it. I'm in the UK.

Edit: Checked what the advice is and am told that larger monitor, ergonomic keyboard and a larger ergonomic mouse is really helpful along with voice activated options but obviously being for game use the voice activated software wouldn't really be entirely suitable. Good luck!
