You can just use this tags (without the spaces) should work on the phone as well (haven't tried, just guessing)
That items isn't needed to play the story and you can get it without playing the story with no issues. So far from what I've seen, most items are either available in buydebug or normal build mode and for the cas item, let's just compare it to the festival t-shirts :D
