Let's hope so. In the bug report one simmer literally listed all lot of missing items, just as much outside the clutter kit as part of the clutter kit. The least they should do is cover the items from that list. 

I'm glad they're fixing this quickly, hopefully it works and brings back all the clutter. I'd love to be able to build with this and the 3 most recent packs soon. 

I just updated and yeah, looks like they fixed it.
