You didn't say if you're coming back after a hiatus, but, in case you are not, here's a tip: the different DLC are designed to meet the needs of players with a wide array of play styles. Be sure to take the time to get to know each DLC that you add and learn how it fits into your play style. You'll have a much more efficiently running game if you stick to DLC that are likely to make the game more fun for you, and skip the ones that add stuffing you probably won't use. 

I recently downloaded the base game and no DLC, so it'll take me a long while(maybe a year) before I do, but yeah I intend to because I can make a nice story out of it.

Yes. I think this will be a lot of fun to play and I like the clothing and everything with the kits that come with it.  I may not play the royalty but play as a common person just the try it out.  I am looking forward to this ep.

I never purchase at launch. I only purchase on sale. It may be 2 years before it would be at a price I find acceptable.
