@charlotteprice I really do recommend playing challenges as the very best way to make sure that the game holds your interest on a constant basis. I've always played all my Sims games (1,2,3,4) using challenges. As a matter of fact, I don't even understand how Sims games and any other open-ended type of games wouldn't get boring after a while of the same non-changing ongoing play. That's why I started creating challenges (to help other Simmers by keeping it fresh). For Sims 4 specifically, I plan on creating much more as time goes on.

If You Don't - How Can You Complain Of Boredom?
Challenges usually have rules. I'm not an "other people's rules" kinda person.
