I use it a lot, especially for Sims that I’m just trying to raise skills on, or if I’m just trying to get them to do something quick to get into a certain mood, like a yoga routine.
Unless I’m trying to take screenshots for the story, I don’t necessarily wanna see the same animations over and over.
All the science-related skills are very grindy and repetitive and so is trying to water like 3 dozen plants.
I do play speed 1 to live in the moment, too, but only for important things or to catch funny/interesting moments.
I play with a modded lifespan that’s longer than Normal, but shorter than Long, so I have to use speed three, otherwise new generations would take forever.
