I feel like something between "occasionally" and "always" would probably be the most accurate for me ("often" I guess might be the word I'm looking for lol). Like, I certainly don't keep it on 3 ALL the time, but I definitely use it A LOT, to the point that I find myself, on occasion, reaching for the button for that on things like downloads or commercials, only to remember, oh right, this isn't the sims, those are happening in my actual life which does not come with a fast forward button and I'm gonna have to just wait lol
