Cook food in advance. Use a Get to Work bakery display cabinet to store it in, lasts as long as a fridge and all except babies can just go help themselves from it.
Have older kids teach younger kids, they learn faster when supervised.
I started 100 Baby last night for the third time and just had baby 6. So I feel your pain! It gets easier once you get settled in to a routine, the start is always the hardest to me.
The tiny house trick is imo the best one you can use. Make the house for the matron tiny, like 32 tiles, and then make another building for the children without completely closing it in. The kids will be sheltered and out of the elements with the perks of a micro home.
