100 baby challenge

I just write the names of the babies and their daddies down on the notebook, like this:
1. Aamu (Marcus Flex)
2. Barbi (Travis Scott)

I also have the mom take a photo of every one of her children when they grow up and move out. I name the photos and hang them on the wall.

I made a spreadsheet on my laptop to record matriarch name, baby daddy, baby name(s), and if the birth was a single, twin, triplet, etc. To help keep things straight I have seen a lot of people name their children alphabetically it seems popular that each child gets the next letter of the alphabet. I use alphabetical too, but each pregnancy gets the next letter. So like the first preg is one baby so an A name, say 5th preg I get twins 1 boy 1 girl so it would be 2 E names for this example Ethan and Edith. It helps me keep track of the number of pregnancies as well as the number of children. I also give the babies the father's last name too to also help me remember and double-check if I come across the same last name.

I just take a photo of each dad. I name each photo with their last name and which number baby. When my teens turn into YA I take a photo of them. I name their pics with their name and what number they are. I used to use the family tree that was created (forgot the name). But it takes too much work to keep updating.

Edit to add: I also give each child the last name of their donor parent.

My sim aged slow enough that all the baby dads died almost immediately after kids were born of old age or freezing (even though they were adult at the time haha) so that made it kinda easy to keep track... but annoying cuz the family was always in mourning haha!

Besides that I just checked the family tree

I keep a list in Word where I write donw the names of the childrens and their fathers. Easy and effective.

I've just started out, and I have a list on my phone with the fathers and their children, how many I had and who the heir was at the time. I'm going to move it to a spreadsheet later on today, just since I prefer to keep it all tidy :)
