Create a teen sim who after having run away from his/ her parents live with a good friends family and/ or neighbour :) They can't ask you to leave >:) Live there until the teen ages up to a YA, the rest is up to you :p
If you do create a family for the teen instead of a lone one make them enemies and then play as the teen, with the family lot as active, but live somewhere else :blush:
