147. Old but still classic - find the family with the biggest house and create a a couple and get one to seduce the opposite sex and convince them to leave their partner. Have the other sim seduce the remaining sim and get them to move in. You then kill the sim, have your other sim move in and there you go, the biggest expensive house without paying for it!
