I very much doubt it'd be enough for an EP. And, saying it again, casinos are absolutely no-go in a 12+ game. Can't understand why people keep mentioning it, considering it'd put EA/Maxis into way too many legal issues. They just can't include any form of gambling in a game that isn't officially 18+ unless they'd want to review in which countries even hints of gambling are allowed in a 12+ game. The fact there would be nothing to lose (no real money used) is not enough. Anti-gambling laws can be quite strict.
Considering that when I played through JtB, my Smuggler made a regular habit of cheating imperials at Sabaacc - which is basically Star Wars Poker - and once you have the JtB pack you can set the card tables for Sabaacc... Yes, they could have gambling in The Sims 4. They do have gambling in The Sims 4.
