I din't havr the issue of sims not doing their jobs ehile there is a celebrity. I recently got my sim to a nightclub where Izzy Fabulous and the Lady with white dress premade Celebrity Spawn(I think she is a global Celeb) yet mu sim still party all night long. If there is an issue with the DJ, that is the DJ are no longer changing tunes/remix songs autonomously unless you request them, one if the patch in 2017 caused this issue.
Back to Gwt Famous its enjoyable. I definitley recommend getting it. Its challgenging and a fun pack. Currently I am creating a famous Writer, and I love the ups and downs she experience on his road to fame.
