4th KIT in Season of Selves - couture fashion?

I noticed that in polish the description of the 4th KIT is "Przekraczanie granic stylu" what literally means "crossing the fashion border". This makes me think, that the new KIT will contain a couture...

Could be fun in a GP with a fleshed out model career. But just as a kit, not quite sure why or when my sims should dress like this. I'd hardly even describe these examples as Maxis Match ;)
