5 Star Restaurant
I have a question..... If my sim gets her restaurants to 5 stars, do they stay that way forever? Even if I don't rotate back to her to play her? Do they stay 5 star if she sells them?

From Carl's Guide it seems that ratings do decline.
It is not too hard to sit at 4 or 4.5 stars and not go down.
