What exactly would you have in mind for a 90 x 90 lot? I'm just curious... I mean, 64 x 64 is plenty of room to build. Honestly, I always find it hard to even fill up a 64 x 64 lot. I generally play with 40 x 40 at most... and even that's pushing it sometimes. This goes for community and residential lots. I honestly don't understand the need for anything bigger than 64 x 64.
