Not a glitch, the order of joining the two is just a quirk of the game I guess! I currently use this order if I have a teen in an after-school activity and I also want them to have a part-time job. Activity first, then job :)
Honestly I think it’s mildly glitched as Fantayzia’s viewers were telling her the opposite. Join the career first and then join the after school activity. But I also think she did activity and then career first for her male sim so I think it’s being wonky.
