The fountain looks exactly like the fountain in Tartosa only it also lets you're sim wish for love.
If you have Cottage Living you can place the picnic basket on the blanket and possibly the bear rug.
I didn't understand the wealthy weirdo sim filter when I looked at it myself. It seems that the game tries to get wealthy sims, but for some reason, it takes sims that have minimally achieved All Nighter achievement... I... don't understand...
Oh, and the max funds limit is 100,000,000 Simoleons. Remember, the max amount is §9,999,999. So, impossibly wealthy sims are excluded.

On Death by Heartbreak, did you know that some traits can make it quicker to happen?
There are two "category" traits that increase the heartbreak rate your sim gains. Remember that having the traits in the same category will not stack the multipliers, but the traits in these two different categories will. These traits are:
So then, let's take one activity that raises the hidden heartbreak meter a little: gorging on Sweetheart boxes while sad or embarrassed. To make them solely kill your sim by heartbreak, your sim has to gorge on about over:
So yeah, a lot of boxes to buy. It will also end up gaining your sim a lot of weight if anything else.
