Is there a cheat to disable the ailments system, or at least to remove an ailment from my Sim?
sallycutecat Isn't there something in the Pack turnons and turnoffs for each pack? Scroll right down to the bottom. eg: like limiting fairies and werewolves from appearing in other worlds etc.
