Dani Davila, the lead sim in the trailers, is nonbinary (uses they/them pronouns) and is a lesbian, but is willing to explore.
Umber Grove (runs the ranch with his wife) is romantically attracted to women, but likes to WooHoo with men and women. His wife is the same, except she's romantically attracted to men. But I'm guessing this is just because the sims team didn't really edit anyone's preferences all that much, rather than any statement on their sexualities. Everyone else has the default preferences.
