I love these bits of information!

Did you know that if your male sim ends up with an alien baby, you can delcare the parent just like you would if a female sim had an affair?
Just found that one out, and as usual, I forgot to take a screenshot of the popup, so here are the relevant views of the family tree (before Jaden tells Isolde the truth)

Did you know that... in this pack setting, there are toggles to disable "Scandals" gameplay.
I'm unsure if it disables for the whole gameplay like EBN toggles. However, you can play the royalty pack in a more peaceful way if you don't want the scandal mechanic.
I still want to find a way to stop autonomously eardroping and getting (For Rent) secret that I can't delete from Sim Profile. This issue makes me want to avoid adding this EP until I know every effect from new autonomous actions I can't control.

Right, we can assign them to be noble and have a dynasty in every world!
So, your Sims have daily duties like what I captured, right? I saw somewhere else that there are duties to find or gossip about the secret (or scandal), too. Quite a bit shady to be a noble.

Did you know that your Sims don't have to live in Ondarion in order to start a dynasty? Outfit them with a throne and voila, you can make them a dynasty. I just did it for one of my families living in Oasis Springs. Since I'm not playing rotationally, I went ahead and cheated them up in the Noble Career to where I wanted them.

Without control, Sims now autonomously eardrop and know the (For Rent EP) secret without having the Nosy trait.
I playtest the pack using Enzo because he's a one-person household that is easy to check. I don't control him and let him do what he wants, but he did this action even though he didn't have the Nosy trait. And he shouldn't have this trait anyway because it's a trait from "For Rent".
It's usually good when there are co-features between the packs (I don't know how to call it when there are features that cross the packs). But I don't like this feature because secrets from the Nosy trait don't relate to that sim like L&L EP.
What makes this worse is that I can't remove "secret" from Profile even confrot and keep it secret. It will be like this, but Llama will still stay with Mei
I can't say that it's a bug, but it is rather the bad game design. If it will be like this "autonomically" and I can't remove unrelated "secrets" later, I may have to disable this EP before there are some mods that can prevent the autonomy of eardrop actions.

So you can eat Noble Frogs, but can't use them as bait for fishing...

Did you know that some of the nobles' duties are just to... enjoy life.
But there might be some serious reason hidden in these duties. For example, drink an excellent drink to know what an excellent drink is. So they won't be ashamed in noble society. And trying on outfits is for preparing the outfit for the ballroom.
By the way, I haven't checked whether I need to drink only an "excellent quality" drink. If yes, I hope that the mixologist's skill will be good enough.
(This is during my playtest of Royalty EP using Enzo Alto; I haven't enabled this pack in my save for now.)
Thanks. You read my mind. 😊
In case someone is like me and plants need to be found hard way, as wild, this was one location of the new harvestable to be found, in front of the museum/library.
