@Arialisims If its still the way it was back in Sims 3, you'd need to activate the code in Steam and play it there before it would be allowed to get played in Origin. Which is not good if you have Origin base game. I think the best thing you can do is contact an EA help desk person (there should be an option of some sort on your Origin launcher) and find out how to go about it or if its possible to convert a steam code to Origin. I would think they could do it for you but I'm not sure.
Also, your forum rank says member so you shouldn't have any trouble posting pictures or text. As far as I know, you are only restricted under the "New Member" rank and I don't think it stops you from making your own posts. Hope this helps you.
