A list of activities that increase industrial footprint ?
From what I can see you can use certain wallpapers, non-eco water and power generators , generate trash plants , use fire place. What else can I do to up the industrial footprint?

In aditional to the above mentioned changes, I cheated every single lot to industrial footprint (I was impatient :) ). Since about an hour, it stays industrial. There was a little bit green footprint increase, but than it stopped quickly. Perhaps this works for others too.
