A list of activities that increase industrial footprint ?
From what I can see you can use certain wallpapers, non-eco water and power generators , generate trash plants , use fire place. What else can I do to up the industrial footprint?

Interestingly when the bar dropped to neutral it did not revert my hood status back to neutral ! Instead It stays industrial and the arrow is now heading back to industry. It is weird. But I am happy I can stay industrial for a while now it seems !
