A list of activities that increase industrial footprint ?
From what I can see you can use certain wallpapers, non-eco water and power generators , generate trash plants , use fire place. What else can I do to up the industrial footprint?

I think you also need to not have sims in the neighbourhood recycle or use the sustainable lifestyle options like eco energy and water supply. I had a sim do nothing but dumpster dive and recycle in Port Promise and it's eco foot print it neutral now.
