A list of activities that increase industrial footprint ?
From what I can see you can use certain wallpapers, non-eco water and power generators , generate trash plants , use fire place. What else can I do to up the industrial footprint?

In order to keep you neighborhood in a certain state all of the lots need to have the eco footprint you want or the meter starts to drift again immediately. You can see In map view the eco footprint of each lot, if you click the little icon that brings up the view with the colored lines around each neighborhood indicating their eco state.
