A micro size home for one sim

I found out that micro-homes will be no larger than 32 squares, I was able to do this with the Nookstone in Oasis Springs. If you are like me, it will be a bit difficult to create a different variety of styles of homes. My biggest issue is when I create something and attempt to do it again, they will start looking like cookie-cutter homes, and I don't want to do this. This is a starter home for under 20,000 semolians.

    Yes! It’s any tile that’s on a foundation, so interior, porches, and decks. So if you wanted to make a little patio just on the grass it won’t count towards your tile limit.

    Looks great! I love that both homes feature a red theme! To add variety, you can do a two story micro home as well! Or you could do some different shapes than normal. ?
