This is why I mostly build without MOO and/or Alt, and why I always play test my builds. I rarely use the scale cheat on anything other than paintings or rugs. Because I more often than not build to share.
I won't say all of my builds are completely issue free, but they do not require major adjustments to be playable. Mostly it's just activating MOO when placing the lot so the landscaping stays in place, as apparently, F5 can cause items to disappear even if it basically never causes issues with routing or usability.
