I don't usually download houses off the gallery because they aren't always tested I don't use MOO too often but when I do it's just to squeeze in a little extra decoration and I make sure if something is next to a functioning object that there is a space for it there before I put the cheat in. Either way I test everything before I upload, it might help if you're not sure whether something has been tested to put the cheat in before you place the house then turn it off and bring your family in. Then nothing should shift but again can't be sure worth a try.
