A Played ghost is haunting other residentials?

Just a quick question, I have a playable ghost that is showing up in the home I am currently playing that has the spooky lot challenge. Is this a feature or a bug? I thought playable ghosts were immun...

Yeah, like the séance table this would use pre-existing ghosts when possible to keep down townie generation. The séance table will only summon existing ghosts, or generate spectres if there are none.
