Unfortunately, not all builders are as conscientious as you, so I always enable MOO as a precaution.

I *think* you only have to enable the MOO cheat when placing the build, not the other ones. But somebody else might know more than me.

Only MOO can be an issue. There's no problem with the others AFAIK (showhiddenobjects allows placement of items from the Debug menu like the fishing ponds or items that aren't in normal Build/Buy, ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement just unlocks the items received as career rewards and enablefreebuild means you can build on a house that's occupied and it doesn't cost any Simoleons.)

I was just wondering yesterday what I could do about rebuilding a park with a fishing pind in it. I thought that if I bulldozed the park I'd lose the pond and have no way to get it back

Now I know!

I use moo all the time and when I placed a house and enabled moo in build mode I went in to check out the house and in the kitchen some of the counters were missing where I had used omsp. Only the object and the omsp were there no counter.
