If my household is living somewhere other than HOB, in say WC for example, and I haven't selected the wild foxes lot challenge, will wild foxes appear or not? I'm trying to work out if I need to insta...

I intend to test whether the wild fox challenge will cause foxes to wander the hood when the challenged lot is not active. Guess it depends on whether the game only spawn foxes while you play a challenge actively, or if foxes are tagged in the community area of the hood because there is a challenge lot in that hood. Still, they will obviously not enter non-challenge-tagged lots when played, but would be cool observing them walk by :)
