A question regarding the price of a lot on the gallery

I found a house on the gallery that is priced at 23,143 semolians. But when I placed the lot there was a lot of really nice things in this home. So out of curiosity, I bulldozed the lot to see how much the value of the lot really was, and it came to 149,777 semolians. Any ideas on how the value of the home was way less than what it really was?
